Chris Sutton
I was born in Birmingham in 1961 and music has been a big part of my life. My regular job is as manager and writer at Smethwick Heritage Centre.
During lockdown I read two books from Sonic Bond Publishing on Queen and Hawkwind. Each one carried an appeal for more writers so I pitched Alice Cooper In The 70s and that was the spark which saw several more books, writing for Power Play magazine and now this website.
That first Alice book was a revelation for me. To Zoom call or phone musicians who have been your heroes for decades is some experience! There will be more books to come but there will also be a lot more content regularly on here too. I hope you find something of interest.
